Schools/Training Centers/Research Institutes each have their own distinctive characteristics and special goals, and since circumstances vary from one another,, it is deemed undesirable to enforce uniformity by conforming to a single standard curriculum. However, fundamentally, for the training of local leaders and ministry workers, the establishment of its own curriculum is necessary for the development of contextualized self-theology and self-mission theology education tailored to local circumstances and socio-cultural contexts, and for training appropriate to them.

First, research on the Bible itself through various methods and practice in applying biblical truths to life should form the foundation. Furthermore, education on theological subjects that are biblically, historically systematized in doctrine and that suit local cultural, social, and religious contexts is also necessary. Based on such knowledge, professional training in various fields serving the Lord, the Church, and local people should become important subjects. Therefore, practical training(pastoral practice, discipleship work, evangelism practice, church planting practice, etc.)should be incorporated for living and active education and training in the ministry field. Moreover, if necessary, learning general humanities, common-sense science, and information necessary for art and life should also be emphasized.

From this perspective, theoretical subjects should have a minimum of 12weeks(15weeks recommended)of 50-minute classes counted as 1credit, and practical subjects can be credited as 1credit for a minimum of 12weeks(15weeks recommended)of 150-minute practice.
